2013 DRLPS Events

The DeTour Reef Light Preservation Society has plenty of events on tap for 2012. If you'd like to see the lighthouse, sign up for a tour or join us for our annual St. Marys River Cruise. Looking for a longer stay on the light? Sign up to be a volunteer lightkeeper!

There are plenty of opportunities to see the light in 2012, starting in late June and lasting through August.  If you just want to have a tour of the light, check out our Tours! If you're looking for a longer stay on the Lighthouse, sign up to be a Keeper!

June 2013

Lightkeeper Program
Be a volunteer lightkeeper! Our Lighthouse Keeper program resumes June 14 and runs for 12 consecutive weekends (Friday-Sunday). The weekends of June 14-16, June 21-23 and June 28-30 are Keeper Weekends.

Lighthouse Tours
Lighthouse tours are availalble on most Saturdays and one Sunday throughout the summer, starting on June 15. We currently have 10 Saturdays and one Sunday available for tours. Check out our schedule and sign up for a tour here.

St. Mary's River Cruise
Join us this Father's Day (Sunday, June 16) for the sixteenth annual Father's Day St. Mary's River Cruise. Click here for more details.

July 2013

Evening Under the Stars
Our annual Evening Under the Stars will be held on Friday, July 5 at Bayside Dining on Drummond Island. Come enjoy good friends, delicious food and support the DeTour Reef Lighthouse!

Lightkeeper Program
Be a volunteer lightkeeper! Our Lighthouse Keeper program continues through all of July. All four weekends in July are Keeper Weekends in 2013!

Lighthouse tours are availalble every Saturday in July. Check out our schedule and sign up for a tour here.

August 2013

Lightkeeper Program
Be a volunteer lightkeeper! Our Lighthouse Keeper program continues into August, concluding on Sunday, September 1. All five weekends in August are Keeper Weekends in 2013.

Lighthouse Tours
Lighthouse tours are availalble on these Saturdays in August: 3, 17, 24 and 31. Tours are also available on Sunday, August 11. Check out our schedule and sign up for a tour here.
