Join the DeTour Reef Light Preservation Society for our 26th Annual Evening Under the Stars, a beloved summer tradition that brings together friends, supporters, and lighthouse enthusiasts for an elegant evening in celebration of America's 250th anniversary. This year's gala — themed Celebrating America, 1776–2026 — takes place at the Big Dock Hangar on Water Street, Drummond Island, Michigan, with cocktails beginning at 5:30 PM. Your $95 ticket includes a complimentary cocktail, hors d'oeuvres, a full dinner, and access to our popular silent auction, with dancing to follow. Since its founding in 1998, DRLPS has sponsored this annual benefit dinner to raise funds for the preservation of the DeTour Reef Lighthouse — and every ticket purchased helps ensure this magnificent piece of Great Lakes maritime heritage endures for generations to come.
